While I’m editing my second Star Brigade book, I did not want to get too rusty in regards to my actual writing. So I’m trying a new tactic of balancing both editing and writing some short stories at the same time. The results? Not bad thus far.

I’m about halfway through the new manuscript, which has been lots of fun to do. As I’ve stated in the past, I love sci-fi and will be keeping most of my writing fcoused on that genre. But damn, I didn’t think writing regular contemporary fiction would be so much fun!
